Request Deletion
Please provide the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 48 hours.
Deleting your account will remove all your personal information, booking history, and stored documents from our active databases. Any ongoing rentals must be completed before the account can be closed.
Alternative: Delete via App
You can also delete your account directly through the DriveEase mobile application:
- Open the DriveEase app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap on Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Retention
Please note that while your account will be deleted from our active systems, some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records of past transactions or unresolved disputes).
