- Communication Platforms: We use services like OneSignal to send push notifications regarding your bookings and account status. This requires sharing your unique Device ID.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. At DriveEase, we provide two primary ways to exercise your right to erasure:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the mobile app via Settings > Delete Account (located at the bottom of the screen).
- Web Request: You can submit a deletion request via our website at https://driveease.site/delete-account.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will remove your personal information from our active databases within 48 hours. Please note that certain data may be retained for legal, financial, or safety reasons as outlined in our retention policy.
